In shortA farmer can retire at 62 with 40 years of insurance, or at 67 with at least 15 years. Years in other funds also count towards the total.

Who it concerns

Farmers, livestock breeders, beekeepers and fishermen who were insured with the former OGA. Since 2017 OGA has been part of e-EFKA, so the application is made there.

The age limits

  • Age 62 with 40 years of insurance: full pension.
  • Age 67 with at least 15 years of insurance.
  • Special transitional provisions may apply to longer-standing insured persons.

Time under IKA, OAEE, the public sector or another fund is added to the years.

What the pension consists of

Two parts: the national pension and the contributory pension, which depends on your years and your contributions.

Why OGA pensions are delayed

  • Time that has not been recorded correctly.
  • Gaps in insurance.
  • Years in another fund that have not been counted.
  • Debts owed to e-EFKA.
