We handle pension cases: reviewing insurance history, preparing and submitting applications, monitoring their progress and checking the pension amount. We are a private business. We are not a public service and are not affiliated with e-EFKA or any other public body.

3. Informational content

The articles, videos and FAQs are of a general informational nature and do not constitute personalised advice. Legislation changes often and every case is different; your own case requires a review of your actual records.

4. Appointments and engagement

• A request for a phone appointment through the form does not constitute an engagement. We confirm the time; if it is not available, we will suggest another.
• The engagement begins only once we have expressly agreed on the scope and the fee.
• Where needed, we represent you on the basis of an authorisation that you issue yourself (e.g. via gov.gr).

5. Fee

There is no flat fee; it depends on the type and difficulty of the case and is communicated to you before any work begins. No payments are made on the website.

6. Documents

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents you give us. You send only documents concerning yourself or a person you lawfully represent. How we handle them is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Timing and outcome

Whether a pension is granted, its amount and the time it takes are decided by the competent insurance bodies. We commit to handling the case diligently and correctly; we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or completion time.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, logo, videos and design of the website belong to the business or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Links and advertising

The website may contain links to third-party pages (e.g. gov.gr, e-EFKA), for whose content we are not responsible. No third-party ads are shown on syntaxi24.gr.

10. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the website’s general information without prior review of the specific case.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman.
