No. We work mainly by phone appointment, because everything is now done online. We study your case first and then, if needed, we also arrange a meeting in person.
Of course. Anyone can call us on your behalf. The procedures are carried out with a solemn declaration or an authorisation through gov.gr, so you do not need to speak to us directly yourself.
From the month after the application is filed you receive an amount, the advance pension payment. The time until the final decision varies from case to case.
Yes, we handle that. We check whether the amount is correct and whether there are additional insurance years that should be added.
