Why contributions may be missing
- For employees, the time shown electronically is from 2002 onwards. Earlier time exists, but often does not appear.
- The employer did not file the declarations correctly.
- There is an error in your personal details and the time is not "linked" to your name.
- You have worked under more than one fund.
Why a glance at the screen is not enough
What your individual account shows is for information only and is not an official certificate. And most importantly: the fact that the contributions exist does not mean there is also a right to a pension. Age, arduous work, successive insurance, notional years and which provisions apply to you all count as well.
